Subject: missing boathook Sat Feb 16, 2008 12:25 pm
John and I noticed last night that our late friend Tony's boat Le Quatre is missing its boathook. Le Quatre is moored on pontoon 21 beside the launderette.
Tony died in December and his family have plans for the boat which do not, as far as we're aware, involve giving it away piecemeal!
What a sad reflection on society that a dead man's belongings can't be left alone for his family
